Hua Chenyu served as a mentor in EP11 of the singing competition “Youth π Project” broadcast in July 2023.

“Hello Satruday (你好，星期六)” is the successor variety show after the end of Hunan TV’s signature program “Happy Camp”, with He Jiong still serving as the host. In addition, the show has also formed a host team of six young artists including actors Dylan Wang and Tan Jianci, and singer Justin Huang.

The program will be broadcast every Saturday starting from January 1, 2022. Hua Chenyu has already participated in it twice.

1. About the show

The season 6 of the gourmet show “Chef Nic (锋味)” hosted by Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse is titled “People’s Palate (百姓的味道)”. It is a gourmet travel show that looks for local delicacies from various parts of China, explores the common tastes of Chinese people, and showcases the stories of ordinary citizens and the cultures of various places.
EP 10 was filmed in Wuhan, where Hua Chenyu spent his high school and college, so Hua was invited as a guest.

In January 2022, Hua Chenyu participated in the Winter Olympics sports experience reality show “Dream of Winter (冬梦之约)” S2-EP8, to promote the Beijing Winter Olympics.

Day Day Up is a popular Chinese talk show, which has drawn great attention from the public, especially student groups and other young people, for its humor, style, and the public figures who appear as guests. The Chinese title of the show “天天向上” was inspired from a Chinese idiom which means “study hard and make progress every day”.

Since his debut, Hua Chenyu has appeared on the show eight times.

About the show

In July 2018, Hua Chenyu participated in EP7 and EP8 of the reality show “Let Go My Baby! Season 3 (放开我北鼻)” as a guest member.
“Let Go My Baby!” is a reality show in which 5 cute children and 4 male celebrities live together for about a month (500 hours).

On October 3, 2015 and October 29, 2016, Hua Chenyu participated in the second and third seasons of the fashion reality show “The Goddess (女神的新衣)” as a member of the fashion jury, and sang “Do It While You Are Still Young” and “Feeling good” respectively.

“I Can See Your Voice (看见你的声音)” is a mystery music game show series that originally produced by CJ ENM, South Korean. In May 2016, Hua Chenyu participated in the Chinese version of the show.

“The Unexpected (史料不及)” is a variety show that uses sitcom to spread tips about ancient China to the public.
The role played by Hua Chenyu is a lawyer, an unpopular profession in ancient China. He helps an unpopular man who was asked for divorce by his wife.

In October 2015, Hua Chenyu participated in the “Amazing Driver (车神来了)”, a driving challenge reality show in which amateurs are auditioned to participate in the challenge of different celebrity guests in each episode.
