“Ace VS Ace (王牌对王牌 )” Season 8 - Variety Show

From October 2023 to January 2024, Hua Chenyu participated in the variety show “Ace VS Ace (王牌对王牌 )” as a regular guest for the fifth time. Starting from Season 4 in 2019, Hua has starred in “Ace VS Ace” for five consecutive years.

1. About the show

“Ace VS Ace (王牌对王牌)”, the most popular variety show in China in recent years, is a large scale indoor sports TV show. In each episode several well-known guests such as singers, actress, and TV hosts are invited to participate in games and advertise their own products. Each episode has a different theme.

This year, Jia Ling quit the “Ace Family”. To make up for it, Sha Yi (comedian), Tiffany Tang (actress) and Yang Di (comedian) were invited as regular guests to form a “Friend Team” to compete with the “Ace Family” in the games.

EP5 Return of national treasures plundered overseas during the war

During the war a hundred years ago, many of China’s cultural relics were destroyed or plundered by foreign invaders. Currently, the British Museum has about 30,000 pieces of Chinese cultural relics in its collection, covering various categories of Chinese art, including engraved books, calligraphy, paintings, jades, bronzes, pottery and decorations in Chinese history. Most of them are very valuable.
Each guest plays the role of a national treasure that has been lost overseas.
